How I price

I look at your company and the first problem worth solving, then price by phase. Phase one is a starter project, four weeks or less, so you see a real result before you decide anything. After that, a monthly Plan de Evolución where the system keeps getting better. It is monthly, cancel anytime. You stay because the system keeps doing more.

By the size of your company

Solo and small teams

Setup runs $1,000 to $2,500, a four-week build of your brain and your first Skills. Then the Plan de Evolución at $99, $199, or $349 a month, depending on whether you want new Skills each quarter, each month, or each week.

Mid-size companies

A pilot runs $2,500 to $5,000. An executive AI workshop for your leadership team starts at $3,500. After the pilot, a $4,000 a month Plan de Evolución, with deeper team-by-team rollout scoped at $1,000 an hour once we know the team sizes and priorities.

Larger firms

The first phase runs $12,000 to $24,000. Then a Fractional Head of AI engagement at $6,000 to $10,000 a month: I am your AI lead, embedded, owning the brain, the Skills, and the rollout.

Some work is a defined one-time build rather than an ongoing engagement:

An AI readiness audit runs $5,000 to $10,000.
A custom AI build or copilot runs $10,000 to $50,000.

Claude's licenses are separate

Claude's own licenses are billed separately, by seat, on a subscription, so there is no metered, surprise bill. Claude Team runs $25 to $125 per seat per month, with a five-seat minimum, billed by you, not by me. I help you pick the right tier for your team.

What you own

Everything I build is yours: the brain, the Skills, the company account. The starter solves the first problem; the Plan de Evolución is what makes the system worth more every month.

The number you start with is small on purpose. You prove it on your own data first, and if phase one does not earn the next phase, there is no next phase. After that, every month the system does more than the month before.
