You used to have an IT guy for your computers and servers. This is the AI version of that: your fractional Head of AI, owning the system instead of handing you a login.
Owner-led teams, already using AI one person at a time
Owner-led teams, roughly 2 to 30 people, already using AI one person at a time: a family office, a development firm, a law practice, a nonprofit, a distributor. A capable owner, a team quietly using personal ChatGPT, and no shared system.
AI arrived one person at a time. Nobody set it up as a system.
Your team is already using AI. One person at a time, in personal ChatGPT, with company data pasted into a tool you do not control. There is no shared account, no memory, no policy. Everyone reinvents the same work, and the output changes depending on who did it.
This is not a tool problem. It is an operating problem. AI arrived in your company one person at a time, and nobody set it up as a system. Your team will not stop using AI. They will keep using it on your data with no rules, unless you set it up properly.
What you get
Skills.
Build a workflow once, it runs every time, in your voice. Paste a transcript, get the debrief, the tasks, and the follow-up email. The technical part your team cannot build themselves, I build.
Memory.
One brain, a single CLAUDE.md, holds your voice, your pricing, your process, your team. Every conversation starts where the last one ended. No re-explaining.
Team Sync.
One workspace your whole team connects to. Same Skills, same voice, same output, whoever runs it.
Governance and org setup, with your IT or MSP.
I stand up Claude Teams for the company, set roles and a clear AI policy (what goes in, what stays out, who approves), and connect it to the tools your team already works in, from email and calendar to your cloud files.
I work with your IT or MSP, not around them. They keep the environment, I own the AI on top. The answer to shadow AI is one company account with clear rules, not staff pasting data into personal apps.
What I build for you
Not a tool you log into. A system your whole company runs on. Here is what that means, concretely.
The brain.
One shared file that knows your business: how you talk, what you charge, how your process works, who does what. Everyone's Claude starts from it, so nobody works from a blank page.
The memory.
Your Claude remembers context across people and across conversations, so work does not restart every time someone opens a new chat.
The Skills.
Your daily workflows built once and reused: the monthly report, the proposal, the client summary, done the same way every time and in your voice. This is the technical part your team cannot build alone, so I build it. See training and adoption.
The dashboards.
Live views that pull your real numbers into one place, the command center where you see what is happening without asking anyone to assemble it by hand.
Your team in sync.
One company Claude account instead of everyone on personal ChatGPT. Same brain, same Skills, same rules, so the work comes out consistent no matter who does it. See how I work with your IT or MSP.
The connections.
Claude linked to the tools your work already lives in, your email, your calendar, your files, and your systems, so it works where you work. See the AI infrastructure setup.
The rules.
A written policy for what data goes in, what never does, and who approves, so using AI across the company does not become a risk. See AI governance.
Provable numbers.
Where the numbers matter, code does the math and a person signs off, so a report is right before it ever leaves the building. See the automated reporting use case.
Getting found by AI.
The visibility layer that makes you the answer ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity gives when someone asks about your category. See AI Visibility.
And it keeps evolving
The build is the start. Every month I add new Skills as new needs show up, keep the brain current, and migrate the whole setup each time a new Claude model ships. See the Evolution Plan.
What it costs
Priced by phase, starting small. You get the exact number scoped to your team before we start.
- Solo and small-team setup: $1,000 to $2,500, then the Plan de Evolución at $99, $199, or $349 per month.
- Executive AI workshop: Starting at $3,500.
- Mid-size companies: a $4,000 per month Plan de Evolución, with deeper rollout scoped at $1,000 per hour.
- Claude's own licenses are separate: $25 to $125 per seat per month, 5-seat minimum, billed by you, not by me.
Governance, built in
Most teams adopt AI first and worry about the rules later. I set the rules up front: a written AI policy that says what data goes in and what never does, plus who signs off, roles and permissions in the company account, and a record of what the team runs. For a regulated business, the kind where a wrong output can cost a license or a client, this is the part that lets you say yes to AI without losing sleep. On sensitive work the rule is simple and built in. AI drafts, your people decide, always.
How it works
Before.
You send your processes and the three to five tasks that eat your week. I set up the account and access ahead of time, so the session is spent building, not fixing logins.
During.
One 90-minute session. A real, useful output in the first twenty minutes. Then we load your brain and I build your first Skills while your team tries them on real work. You drive, I guide.
After.
Your team walks out with a workspace they connect to and Skills running from day one. Then it goes department by department, sales, operations, finance, starting with the work that wastes the most time.
Proof
Joy of Impact, a nonprofit consultancy, cut a grant application from eight hours to three after one 90-minute session. Six workflows were live the same day. Mapi Garcia, the founder: "increíble, no lo hubiéramos hecho sin vos."
A multi-family office and a boutique law firm run the same setup with one rule built in: AI drafts, the person decides, always. At an industrial parts distributor, it replaced staff pasting data into personal ChatGPT with one governed company account.
The Evolution Plan
The setup opens the door. The monthly work is the product. Every month I build new Skills as new workflows show up, keep your brain current as the business changes, run a working session with a short roadmap, and migrate your whole setup each time a new Claude model ships, so your system improves without your team thinking about versions.
This is visible output every month, not maintenance. You own everything I build. And every month, the system does more than the month before. Read the Evolution Plan.
