One company account, not scattered logins
The foundation is a single Claude Teams account the company owns, with admin and member roles, single sign-on, and your files kept in your own storage. Your data is never used to train the model. That is what turns scattered personal use into something you can actually govern.
No surprise bill
A common fear is a five-figure invoice in the first month. It does not happen here, because this runs on a subscription with rate limits, not a metered connection that charges per request. Claude Teams is a five-seat minimum, and seats run roughly $25 to $125 per seat per month depending on the tier, billed by you. You will know the number before we start.
The one setup rule that matters
The working folder has to be local-synced cloud storage, like Dropbox or Drive, never a mapped network drive. It is a small detail, and it decides whether the whole thing works.
