I do not replace your IT, and I do not work around it
Your IT team or your MSP keeps control of the environment. I own the AI layer on top. We stand up Claude Teams for the company together, set roles and permissions, and connect it to your systems inside the security you already run. Nothing here asks your IT to give up control.
It fits the stack you already have
For a Microsoft shop I work inside your Microsoft 365 and Entra setup. For a Google shop, inside your Workspace. Your single sign-on, your access rules, your storage. The one hard requirement I have learned the hard way: the working folder has to be local-synced cloud storage, like Dropbox or Drive, never a mapped network drive, or the tools break.
Why this matters
The firms that stall on AI usually stall because IT was treated as an obstacle instead of a partner. I bring your IT or MSP in from the first call, so the rollout is something your security team signs off on, not something that happens around them.
